“Peace, happiness and freedom are the treasures in the heart. The continuous movement outside, making the circles, is the person; then there’s a small line inside, which is showing something valuable inside them.”
This stunning sculpture really has the WOW! factor. It would be a perfect centrepiece, with its fluid lines giving a different view from every angle. The complexity of the composition is staggering, when you consider Willard sculpted this piece from a single solid piece of stone.
Leopard rock is the local Zimbabwean name for this particular variety of serpentine stone. In addition to being full of beautiful colours, it is also very hard and impermeable. As a result, it is naturally frost-resistant and can be displayed outdoors – even in temperate climates.
Imperial measurements are:
63″ (h) x 36 1/4″ (w) x 23 1/2″ (d) and 545 1/2lbs.
Overseas shipping is from Zimbabwe via air or sea freight; quoted price includes crating. If you’d like a freight quote, please email us giving your nearest airport and/or sea port along with your contact details.
Unsurprisingly, freight from Zimbabwe can be expensive. Therefore, as a rough guideline, we would advise you budget approximately $5,000 for the shipping costs for this piece.
Please note freight is as cargo to your nearest port; you would need a clearing agent to do the customs clearance for you. They can also arrange onward haulage to your delivery address.
