A celebration of a family gathering: the leaves reaching up into the air represent the family coming together, waving their hands with joy. The flowers at the bottom represent the heads of the people together.
It is traditional in Zimbabwe for women to ululate when people come together for a celebration. Of course, it’s impossible to ululate without dancing and waving your arms in the air!
This tremendous piece is a real 360° sculpture, with interest from every angle. Certainly, the limited number of photographs make it hard to do it justice. More pictures are available on request.
This is the tallest piece we have available by Onias. It’s a perfect garden centrepiece, given its organic style.
Springstone is the local name for a hard variety of serpentine stone. It is impermeable, and naturally frost-resistant, so it’s suitable for outdoor display. However, we would recommend covering this sculpture during very cold weather, for peace of mind, as some parts of the stone are quite thin.
This sculpture is in Zimbabwe and will be shipped from there.

Please note: overseas shipping from Zimbabwe is as cargo. Therefore, you will need a clearing agent to do customs clearance upon entry, and to arrange onward haulage to your delivery address. Fortunately, this isn’t as complicated as it might sound, and using an agent is definitely better than trying to do it yourself.
